Ian Leslie joins Saira Khan for the latest edition of Radiocentre’s Backing Brilliant Business. Ian explores the theme of conflict, talking about how to get better at disagreement in the workplace.

In the Backing Brilliant Business series, Saira will speak to some of the biggest names in British business, asking them about the challenges they have faced and how they overcame them. Each guest will provide listeners with guidance, insight and inspiration to help them develop the skills needed to grow a business.

Guests joining Saira include Dragons Den stars Theo Paphitis and Tej Lalvani, The Apprentice advisors Tim Campbell and Nick Hewer, along with renowned entrepreneurs and experts in topics like behavioural science, conflict and inclusivity.

Each episode will explore the guest’s CV to discover the most rewarding aspects of their career so far, along with the biggest challenges they have faced. Saira will then discover their three key lessons in business – the learnings, advice and practices that they want to share to help listeners do better at whatever it is they do.

The series kicks off with retail magnate, entrepreneur and former Dragon Theo Paphitis, talking about his rocky road to success in business, the lessons he learnt on the way and the importance of managing your time as a business owner.

The podcast will form part of Radiocentre’s Backing Brilliant Business initiative which launched last year to help small and medium sized enterprises grow, with radio advertising. Backing Brilliant Business has its own dedicated hub on Radiocentre’s website, providing guidance, insight and inspiration to help companies utilise the power of radio to grow their business.
