Created by TBWA\London, it features ‘Merryn,’ a quirky Cornish farmer who passionately grows high-quality vegetables for Ginsters’ pastries, embodying the campaign theme ‘Taste the Effort.’ With a humorous touch, Merryn goes above and beyond, even talking with her potatoes via walkie-talkie.
The consistent use of a brand sonic and tagline ‘Ginsters Taste the Effort’ across radio and TV ensures it is instantly recognisable and will increase brand recall. This is a great example of a feel-good ad with right-brain features.
