Queen of British Soul Beverley Knight to speak at Tuning In Midlands

Radiocentre, the industry body for UK commercial radio, is heading back to Birmingham for its first event of 2020: Tuning In Midlands, with soul star Beverley Knight MBE set to speak on stage.

Tickets are available now for the free-to-attend morning conference, which takes place on Wednesday 22 January at the Everyman Mailbox. Tuning In Midlands follows this year’s successful Radiocentre events in London, Glasgow and Manchester.

Radio, media and advertising industry professionals in the Midlands can hear about the latest trends and opportunities in the rapidly evolving world of radio and audio, from speakers including MediaCom Business Director Pardeep Heer, and Simon Forster, Regional Creative Director at Global.

Also speaking will be Radiocentre CEO Siobhan Kenny and Laurence Harrison, Automotive Partnerships Director at Radioplayer, among others.

Siobhan Kenny, Radiocentre CEO, said: “We have now hosted Tuning In events in more than half a dozen cities across the UK, and we always learn a lot from them. It’s a chance for radio, audio and advertising professionals to hear about the latest developments in this fast-moving industry.”

A full list of speakers is below. While the event is free, attendees must still register for tickets to secure their space.
