Claims for particular issues must be supported with satisfactory evidence, must be carefully worded (e.g. “could help to…”) and may be referred to Radiocentre consultants.
Radiocentre cannot clear claims regarding weight loss, but instead clear claims along the lines of “could help change your attitude to food”.
The advertising of hypnotism purely for public entertainment purposes is acceptable, subject to all relevant legal requirements, including proof of a licence from the local authority for the relevant venue.
