Dentists and dental practices may advertise, subject to an assurance that they are registered with the General Dental Council.

Tooth whitening with peroxide concentrations of 0.1% or greater must only be carried out by Dental Practitioners as stated in The Cosmetic Products (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

It is very unlikely for major procedures such as dental implants be described as a “one-day” process without qualification. In practice these procedures will involve more than one visit to a practitioner and as such cannot be described as “one-day”. Radiocentre would instead expect to see wording along the lines of “after your initial consultation we fit a set of implants in one day”.
