74% of 9-14 year olds listen to radio weekly

New research and an infographic from RAJAR’s youth audience measurement survey has revealed the listening and tech habits of 9-14 year olds. JAMJAR (Junior Audio Measurement Joint Audience Research) gives insight into the audio and radio consumption of the highly engaged, ever connected, multi-device using 9-14 year old.

The online survey of 15 mins (dependent upon audio habits and designed for kids) was conducted 3 – 9 May 2017 by agency Other Lines of Enquiry. The sample, sourced from Panelbase, was formed of 621 children aged 9-14, with just over 200 in each of the age groups 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and weighted back to 600 with equal gender split and a spread of social grade and region to represent UK adults.
