New Radio Case Study Tool

Radiocentre has re-launched its Case Study Database Tool, allowing advertisers, agencies and radio stations to search 90 case study examples of best practice radio campaigns. The new tool offers some important functionality changes to make the tool more useful for users both in finding relevant campaigns and being able to gather them for use.

The key features in the new tool are:

  • A new search parameter entitled “Consumer Context”, which aligns the case studies with Touchpoints data. This allows users to find case studies targeting people when they are engaged in relevant tasks and activities such as “at work”, “commuting” or “shopping”. The tool also allows search by Sector, Objective and Campaign Format.
  • Users can now search by multiple criteria, such as “Entertainment” under the Sector category and “Awareness” under Objective
  • Once opened, the new tool allows the user to download a pdf of the case study for use in their own presentations or to collate a number of case studies
  • Crucially, the new tool has been built to allow an open API, meaning agencies can now integrate the case studies into their own planning systems

Mark Barber, Planning Director at Radiocentre says: “We are regularly told by agencies that consumer context is an increasingly important consideration in media planning so decided to incorporate this thinking into our search function. The use of the open API will allow agencies the opportunity to access the data from within their own planning systems should they want to, making it easier and quicker than ever to find the most relevant radio case studies.”

Radiocentre plan on launching and updating more tools for integration with agency planning systems in 2018. For more information contact mark.barber@radiocentre.org or call 020 7010 0600.
