Community Radio Survey

Community radio stations are run on a not-for-profit basis and are required to provide content that is of social gain such as training, news and discussion to local communities. Radiocentre is looking to hear directly from members on their experiences of community radio stations and this survey seeks to understand the impact of community radio on commercial radio operators, with a particular focus on revenue, audience and enforcement. It will also help improve our understanding of the scale of the impact of community radio on our commercial radio members and what actions need to be taken. It would be extremely helpful, therefore, to get a broad range of views on this important matter. If you are a Radiocentre member, click here to complete the survey. If respondees could complete the survey by Friday 29th July that would be greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions please contact Michael Ireland, External Affairs Manager, on 020 7010 0651 or at michael.ireland@radiocentre.org.
