Radiocentre to hold one-day radio advertising workshop in Manchester

Radiocentre, the industry body for UK commercial radio, is trialling a session of its popular Introduction to Radio Advertising training on November 8th at Bauer’s Manchester offices.

The one-day workshop will be aimed at media agency planner/buyers, creative agency account execs, and brand managers who are either relatively new to radio or simply want a refresher.

Content will be designed to cover a broad range of topics relating to radio as an advertising medium ranging from radio’s return on investment through to best practice radio creative.

The session will culminate in a creative workshop in the afternoon, during which participants will work directly with commercial programming teams from Bauer, seeding ideas, writing scripts and finally recording their own radio adverts.
