Walkers partners Heart

What's that Flavour?

From 1st February 2012, Heart FM are being partnered by Walkers crisps to promote the three new mystery flavours which have been released for their “What’s that Flavour?” campaign.

Activity on Heart will support an interactive Walkers campaign to get the country guessing what the flavours of their three mystery crisps are. The public will be able to guess until Friday 9th March, when the correct answer will be revealed.

The radio promotion will run across the Heart Network, during the evening shows, with the aim of raising awareness of the campaign and encouraging listeners to get involved by visiting the Walkers’ Facebook page.  Activity will see Heart presenters tasting the crisps and guessing the flavours themselves. Alongside this, a competition will offer listeners the chance to win a luxury overnight stay in London, with dinner at a Michelin Star restaurant. To win, listeners need to text in and guess the missing word to a song.

The promotion will run for almost two weeks on the Global Radio station.

Mike Gordon, Global Radio Commercial Managing Director  said: “This is a unique and engaging campaign, and I have no doubt that the Heart partnership will raise awareness and encourage our listeners to get involved.”

Miranda Sambles, Marketing Director at Walkers commented: “The Walkers ‘What’s that Flavour?’ campaign is all about inspiring a national flavour debate and radio is a natural place to start sparking these conversations up and down the country.”
