Malcolm Bluemel is Chairman of Planet Rock Radio. He worked for and subsequently owned a number of companies in the logistics arena. He bought Planet Rock Radio in 2008 because of a love of radio and rock music and since then it has grown into one of the most successful digital radio stations in the country. Whilst Malcolm still has business interests in the logistics field as well as the restaurant trade, his real passion is radio.

He was elected to the board of RadioCentre in 2009 in order to represent the commercial digital only stations in the UK.
